We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or regulatory request; to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others; or in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of all or part of our business, in which case the recipient will be bound by this policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted solely to provide the messaging service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information; De-identified Data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
De-identified and aggregated data. We may convert information we collect into de-identified or aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify, relate to, or be linked to you, your household, or your device, for example, anonymized investor demographics, investment range trends, inquiry volumes, and website usage statistics. De-identified and aggregated data is not personal information. We may use, disclose, license, and sell it to third parties, such as research firms, data partners, real estate and financial industry participants, and service providers, for any lawful purpose, including market research, analytics, benchmarking, and product development. When we do so, we:
- Take reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the data cannot be associated with you, including removing direct identifiers such as names, contact information, account numbers, and tax IDs
- Maintain and use the data only in de-identified form and do not attempt to re-identify it, except as permitted by law to test whether our de-identification processes work
- Contractually require any recipient not to attempt to re-identify the data and to pass that same obligation on to anyone it shares the data with
We never include mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records in any data we sell, license, or share, whether or not it has been de-identified.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tools to:
- Personalize and improve your experience
- Analyze traffic and performance
- Remember your preferences
Manage your cookie settings via your browser.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track: Where we detect a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser. Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, we do not currently respond to them.
9. Third-Party Advertisers
Parts of the site may include content or tools from third parties, such as Google Ads. We are not responsible for their data practices. Please review their policies separately.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, including under the CCPA and the GDPR, you may have the right to:
- Know and access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it
- Correct: request that we correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete: request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions
- Opt out of sale or sharing: although we do not sell or share personal information, you may submit this request at any time
- Limit use of sensitive personal information: although we use it only for permitted purposes, you may submit this request at any time
- Restrict, object, or port: where applicable law provides these rights
- Non-discrimination: we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights
How to submit a request: Email info@boulevardstation.com or write to us at the address in the Contact Us section below. We will verify your identity by matching information you provide against information we already hold, and we may ask for additional information to do so. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authority and ask you to verify your identity directly. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, which we may extend by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you.
Some information may be exempt from deletion, such as records we must keep under securities, tax, and anti money laundering laws or under the terms of your investment documents.
11. Financial Privacy of Investors
If you invest with us, nonpublic personal information we collect in connection with your investment may also be governed by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its implementing regulations, and by the separate privacy notice provided with your offering or subscription documents. Where that law applies, it governs, and certain CCPA rights may not apply to that information.
12. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us so we can remove it.
13. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to sensitive data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your investor portal credentials confidential.
Data breach notification: If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as required by applicable law.

- Inquiries and prospective investor records: up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
- Investor, subscription, tax, and transaction records: for the life of the investment and at least 7 years afterward, or longer if required by securities, tax, or anti money laundering laws
