We may suspend or terminate portal access at any time, including if we believe you have breached these Terms or that your account has been compromised. Termination of portal access does not affect your rights or obligations under any investment you have made, which are governed by your investment documents.

4. Electronic Communications and Delivery

By using the site or the investor portal, or by checking the electronic disclosure consent box on our forms, you consent to receive communications, disclosures, agreements, notices, investor reports, and tax documents (including Schedule K-1) from us electronically, by email or by posting to the investor portal. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. You may withdraw this consent or request a paper copy of any document by contacting us; withdrawing consent may affect our ability to serve your account. To access electronic documents you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, a PDF reader, and a valid email address, which you agree to keep current with us. You also agree that your electronic signature on any document has the same effect as a handwritten signature.

17. Privacy and De-identified Data
